HOUSTON CHRONICLE JANUARY 21st, 2003

The 2001 Cenay "Rodgers Vineyard" Pinot Noir - -* * * (*) - - from the Napa Valley is a small-production wine (250 cases) with Bing cherry and plum flavors The wine is a trifle tight-knit right now, reminiscent of young red burgundy. "I like its firmness and structure," Rowland said. "But I'm not trying to make a New World burgundies." About $27.59. Cenay, by the way, is an old family name of Rowland's wife, Linda.
